As Oregon’s oldest estate winery and the birthplace of Pinot Noir we have shared in the creation of what is “Oregon Wine”.
Founded by the “Father of Oregon Wine, “ Richard Sommer, HillCrest continues today to innovate and lead the way into the next generation as recognized leaders in “natural wine” techniques and the creation and use of such things as our patented concrete red wine fermenters.
