Spotlights

The connections that do the heavy lifting.

Telephony — bring what you run

Native NICE CXone (OAuth2) and FusionPBX clients handle call ingestion, agent state, and recording pause/resume for call masking. A generic webhook path connects any SIP-compatible system. External CDRs from CXone, FusionPBX, or generic sources link to sessions for one call history.

Commerce — orders land where they belong

The Shopify integration syncs your catalog into the cart, submits orders at call completion, and supports selling plans for subscription enrollment. WooCommerce order submission is native too. No admin tab, no re-keying, no dropped SKUs.

Payments & tax

Five gateways — Stripe, Authorize.net, NMI, Square, PayPal — configured, not integrated, with PCI-encrypted capture in the flow. Tax calculates natively or via Avalara AvaTax.

Shipping — live rates mid-call

UPS, FedEx, USPS, and EasyPost rates calculate while the customer is still on the line, with address validation feeding the shipping-method step.

Email — seven providers, your choice

Transactional email fires from workflow steps through SendGrid, Brevo, Mailgun, Postmark, Resend, Mailchimp, or any SMTP server. Switch providers in settings, not in code.

AI — two providers, built in

Anthropic and OpenAI power workflow generation and helpdesk semantic search with streaming responses. Pick a provider per company in settings.

Build your own

If it has an API, it's an integration.

The API integration builder turns any HTTP endpoint into a workflow step: define the request, map request and response fields to workflow variables, run a live test against the real endpoint, and drop it into any flow. Global integrations can be shared across companies; company integrations stay private.

1

Define the request

Endpoint, method, headers, and auth — stored per company or shared platform-wide.

2

Map the fields

Bind workflow variables into the request and pull response values back out — no code, just mapping.

3

Test live

Execute against the real endpoint from the builder and inspect the response before it ever touches a call.

4

Use it in any flow

The integration becomes an API Call step — credit pulls, eligibility checks, CRM enrichment, scheduling, anything.
